Javier Sanchez Serrano

With more than 20 years of professional career in the areas of Auditing, Taxation and Consultancy in national and international environments with a high commitment to each of his clients. He also has extensive experience in restructuring processes, due diligence and defence of expert reports before the competent judicial authorities.

Angela Arias Minguez

Head of the Labour and Human Resources Department

(Degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma)

With more than seven years leading the Labour and Human Resources department at Hayal Gestión, she has developed her professional career both in large entities and in more specialised law firms, developing tasks related to Public Institutions and legal-labour regulations.
